Hahahahahaha expect the unexpected? More like unexpect the expected! Everybody thought I was going to be an Oompa-Loompa!! Heck, I was Tweedle-Dee in one of my plays!! I love going after those fun roles with crazy costumes!!! Usually, they are fat. But I can't wait to find out what my costume looks like!! Will write after first rehersal!! Love you!!

Auditions!

Hey Guys!
As you know I auditioned for the play! Some kids did really good! There were about 30 kids in my grade who auditioned. Today they put out the list of who is going to be in the cast, and I'm in!!!!!!!!! I'm soooo excited! Only about 15 kids who auditioned in my play got in! I don't know what I'm going to be in the play, though. Well when there's more news about it, I'll holler! Love you guys!

Wow I'm really sorry I haven't written in a long time!! But school is good!! They do a school play, and people are very serious about it. I'm going to audition! Seems a little scary, but I feel like I can do good. Show them what I got!! Will blog if I get a part or not! Also, Thanksgiving is coming up!!!! I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooo excited! School: Diving In!

Back To School!!

Hey guys!!! Sorry I haven't posted in a long time! As you know it is that time of year: to go back to school!! Well, I'm not going back to my old school, I am going to a new one! I just got my new student orientation, and the school is HUGE!!!! Well I guess since it is indoors it makes it look a bit bigger, but it really is bigger than my old school. They have over a THOUSAND kids going to ONE middle school!!! It's way more complex than my old school!!! It's going to be very hard to get around! Well, I will try to right on the first day of school! Wish me luck!!

Camp!

Hey Peeps! Hope you are still listening to my blog! Well, a couple of days ago, I joined a camp! I knew it was going to be great! I could meet new people and I would have something to do for a week! So it is called, "Glee camp". It is really fun! It's all song from Glee the show, and we spice them up with dances and acting! But we have to do it in one week!!! A bit stressful, but luckily, we have a lot of practice time during the day. The performance is in two days!! And I have a solo in don't stop belivin'! That is like the main thing! You know the first line in the song? That's my solo! Not very long, but important. But I am sooo excited! I also made my first friend over here(that is kind of embarrassing to say online!)! Will write again soon! Love you all!

Painting!

Hi everyone! Today I am going to paint my room! I am sooo excited! We were planning on doing it yesterday, but since it was my birthday we didn't have time! (oh, and thanks everyone who wished me a happy birthday! You all made my day!) So we are painting my room today. My room is going to have one wall be a intense eye- popping turquoise while the rest of the walls are going to be a more settle turquoise. It's going to look soo good! We already painted my sister's room, so I kind of know how to paint. Other than that, I have never painted. I always get hand- me- down rooms, so I never repainted the walls! So this is going to be a whole new experiance! Wish me luck!

Frizziness

Hey everybody! Thanks for commenting on my blog! I miss all of you guys sooooo much! Well, as you know I am in New York! And one big thing they have here that I didn't have in California: The Frizzies! I cannot control them! Its like a big fuzzy bear hit a tornado and landed on my head! All of our hair was out of conrol! And if you ever met my mom, you know it is not a pretty sight (my mom has curly hair)! We knew we had to do something! I asked my friend, and she recommended I use this bed-head frizz stuff. It works really well! And we also bought this herbal essences (that is my favorite hair brand!) de-frizz shampoo and conditioner, and it works wonders! AND it smells AMAZING! So next time you are in a frizz sitiation, take my advice: try not to go outside!

Rain, Rain, GO AWAY!

Hi Guys! Yesterday it was pouring! We were all dressed up in shorts and flip flops, and we decided to check out the beach. It was 80 degrees outside but it was all dark and foggy. We get back in the car and right when we park in cosco, it starts pouring!!!! IN THE SUMMER!!!!! It felt like winter in California except it was warm! And then you get inside the building and they are BLASTING the air conditioner, and you feel like they do that on purpose so then ice cubes form on your skin and they can sell it with the lemonade!! Me and my sister kept on going in the towel department! Then of course, to top it off, when we get outside there is thunder and lightning! And let me remind you, IT IS SUMMER!!!!! How can they live like this??!! Well, I guess I have to give props for all the people who live on the east coast.

The Big Apple!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't written in a long time! It was hard to get internet connection! Anyway, I am in New York right now! There are a lot of really old houses here! It is also really different here too! Very humid and hot! My house is really nice! It actually has a yard! Very green too! But I still miss California and my friends. I will never forget them! So Sad!!!!

Today we are cleaning out our house. Soooooooo chaotic!!! Tomorrow, the packers come for two days and then we are kicked out of the house!!!!! I'll be a homeless girl for two months!!! I am trying to pack for a whole month and after that we fly over and I'll have access to my other clothes. But, we will be renting for another month!! So, I am cherishing my last three days in my house. I'll try to blg to you soon!!!!

Stress Stress Stress!

As you know I am moving. But ontop of that, I have my sister's highschool graduation, and my other sister's middle school graduation! My parents are under so much stress! All of us are! I'm breaking out everywhere! Today is my middle school sister's graduation, and in two days its my other sisters. It's a crazy thing, moving. Though now since I'm so close to it, I can see my future there. So my word of the day is: Stress.

Rooms

The most important thing to me right now is my room on the east coast. We found a house and it's really great, but my sister already called dibs on the first room. Luckily, they are both practically the same. EXCEPT, the one that my sister took has an extra closet And is right next to the bathroom! So I want to know exactly how my room will look, so I made a floor plan. It's really easy. First you take the measurments of the room (they are probably on the house brochure) and put them on a peice of graph paper. Just say each foot counts as one cube. Next, measure all the furniture going in your room. After that, form it into the paper. For example, 3 by 4 feet would turn into 3 by 4 cubes on your paper. Now you know what your room is going to look like whem you move!

feelings on moving

It feels like everything I've planned for middle school, high school, and the rest of my dreams are ruined. It feels like all of my friends are just going to think about me, when I just want to hang out with them. I had a friend who moved to Oregon, and I always think about how she must be living a great life, and almost forgets about us all the time. Its almost like our relationships will fall apart because we will never see eachother for the next, two years or so. Our lives will never be the same. I grew up in this house, and I can't see myself hanging out with a nerd herd or with the people in the movie clique(veryone there is like really smart and in private schools there kinda bratty)!! But I hope I'll stay the same and keep my friends. Except for a few....

Hi. I'm Sofie. I'm going to take you through the experiance of moving. I haven't moved in ten years, so this is going to be a big change. And, the move is across the country.
